Relief flight restrictions – 6am-10am/6pm-12am as a result, Log Cluster estimates a 50% reduction in relief flights landing in country. Road transportation through India may be the best way to move items into country. WFP is supporting transportation requests for distribution of goods– www.logcluster.org or to Nepal.cargo@logcluster.org.Remote areas are still not being adequately reached. These areas will become inaccessible during monsoons –request for agencies to consider this a priority in their planning. Newspaper published that the government of Nepal will provide up to Rs200,000 per destroyed home. Shelter Cluster coordinator will follow up with government partners to seek clearer understanding. Especially to understand if there are any ramifications on those that will self-recover and those who receive assistance from the humanitarian community.
