Review Of Developing Capicities for effective aid management and coordanation project
Abstract:
The developing capacities for effective aid management and coordination(DCEAMC) project commenced in February 2009 with a threefold objective to; 1)put in place a transparent and functioning aid information management system; 2)support the revision of the national foreign aid policy and the implementation of a national action plan on aid effectiveness; and 3)strengthen the capacity of key ministries to better coordinate aid through a capacity assessment,a capacity development program and exchanges of experience.
