Katteldanda is one of the hilltop villages in the Gorkha district of Nepal that was devastated by the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck the country on 25 April. WHO visited the village to assess its health needs and to distribute supplies. The Organization is setting up a sub-office in this severely-affected district of the country.
