Nepal : A Brief about the country
Abstract:
The Special Operation for the Augmentation of National and District Level Emergency Logistics Preparedness in Nepal was approved on 10 November 2016. The project builds on preparedness work undertaken by WFP and the Government of Nepal in 2013 – 2015, applying the lessons learned from the 2014 flood and 2015 earthquakes. At present, WFP is mobilizing resources in order to carry out the project activities. In total, WFP requires USD 7.2 million for the duration of the project. #BRIEFING #NEPAL #WTF #2016
