Nepal- Flood and Landslide Affected Areas (Period Covered: 1 June - 23 August, 2011)
Abstract:
Highlights: 1. Mugu: In Rowa VDC 27 families displaced, In Seri VDC five houses completely damaged and whole VDC is high risk of landslide and taking shelter at the local school. 2. Jajarkot: Three people killed, one injured and five houses buried by landslide in Bhagwati VDC. 3. Salyan:Three death in Kotbhara and Sivanath VDCs and 16 water mills swept away. 4. Rukum: Five people killed due to continuous rainfall. #NEPALFLOODS2011 #FLOODS
