Abstract:
In July and August, there were some reports of violations of the Basic Operating Guidelines (BOGs) particularly in Central and Eastern Terai. Most operations, however, have been continuing normally. On 10 July, there was an IED explosion within the compound of Care Nepal office in Janakpur. It is reported that JTMM (Rajan) are responsible for the incident.
