Abstract:
Map represents the number of reported challenges to operational space - violations of the Basic Operating Guidelines (BOGs). Challenges have included blocks and threats to staff by both CPN/M and the SF as well as demands for registration and ‘donations’ from CPN/M. The density of events indicated by shading on the map represents the total number of reports received, and not necessarily the total number of actual incidents.
