Nepal- Operational Space: November 01 to 30, 2006
Abstract:
The density of events – indicated by shading on the map – represents the total number of reports received, and not necessarily the total number of actual incidents. CPN/M still requests NGOs to inform them before visiting VDCs. A group of CPN/M cadres forcefully entered INGO office, asked for provision of shelter for 20-25 cadres. CPN/M directed all NGOs to register and asked the DDC to stop its development activities until interim government is formed.
