Water and Sanitation: Use of improved drinking-water sources, Use of improved sanitation facilities, Place for handwashing (avaiblity of soap and water), Availability of soap. 4. Reproductive health: Contraceptive prevalence, Skilled attendant at delivery, Institutional deliveries, Bathing newborn immediately after birth (within an hour).
