Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse For Doctors: Reference And Learner's Guide (September 2015)
Abstract:
This course is designed as an individualized learning approach to allow the course to be completed in a flexible manner within the time available. The priority is to increase efficiency and reduce absenteeism of the service providers from their work sites so that they have to come to the training site only for practicum for clinical practice and for competency of surgery. 1. The learner, who is already an ob/gyn, uses the course materials to self-assess and reflect, manage their personal development plan, complete learning activities, and document their learning using provided tools. 2. The facilitator, who is also a trained ob/gyn, provides mobile support during the individualized learning component and manages the clinical learning opportunity. 3. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating training and providing logistics support.
