Nepal Earthquake WASH Response Dashboard: Summary In Makwanpur: 07/08/2015
Abstract:
Highlights: 1. 19 of 44 VDCs have a focal point agency and WASH programs ongoing with 8 WASH Cluster partners present. 2. 19,005 beneficiaries received hygiene promotion and approx. 3,500 hygiene kits. Estimated Caseload: 95,066 (17% reached). 3. 45,693 people received access to water treatment products and 0 people have been assisted with repaired water systems. Estimated Caseload: 66,262/28,520 (42%/0% reached). 4. 592 people in camps have received access to emergency sanitation and 223 people have been assisted with household latrines. Estimated Caseload: 1,417/49,548 (0%/0% reached). 5. WASH Cluster partners plan to support schools and health centres in 7 VDCs with WASH in schools/health facilities.
