Abstract:
Highlights: 1. 23 of the 56 VDCs have a focal point agency and WASH programs ongoing with 6 WASH cluster partners present. 2. 6,009 people have benefited from approx. 7,025 hygiene kits. Estimated Caseload: 57,191 (11% reached). 3. 3,551 people have received water treatment products (includes PoU treatment and bulk chlorination) and 2,292 people have been assisted with repaired water systems. Estimated Caseload: Water Emergency 148,812 (2% reached) Water Sustainable 96,675 (2% reached). 4. 110 people in camps have received access to emergency sanitation and 0 people have been assisted with household latrines. Estimated Caseload: Sanitation Emergency 3,281 (3% reached) Sanitation Sustainable 96,675 (0% reached). 5. WASH Cluster partners plan to support schools and health centres in 0 VDCs with WASH in schools/health facilities.
