Abstract:
With the beginning of the second term of the Commission, as always, trying to make human rights informed work more effective.The Commission has also, on various occasions, informed the public about important activities. the same connection, the Commission is making public.The prevention of forced disappearances of people can only be possible the authorities fulfill the legal procedures as per the law and then undertake arrest and detention; otherwise, the vicious cycle (arrests and detention followed by disappearances) cannot be broken. previous years, the Commission has given utmost priority to this issue. The Commission believes that this problem can only be dealt with successfully persons responsible for disappearances are punished for their actions.Rights expression and press freedom, along with people’s right to be informed are the fundamental basis of a democratic system.
