Safe Communities Free From Violence Against Women And Girls
Abstract:
Government of Nepal deserves a huge big vote of thanks as for its technical and facilitation support through its line ministries (Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Women, Children, and Social Welfare, National Women Commission, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction, National Human Right Commission, Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development, Ministry of Labor and Employment, and Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs) at Central , District and VDC levels. We would specially like to acknowledge the District Coordination Committees led by Chief District Officers (CDOs) of Bara, Parsa, Banke, Bardia, Kailali, and Kanchanpur districts for their cooperation and facilitation for our field research.UN Women Nepal for collaborating with us in this venture with both fiscal and technical inputs.
