Within the framework of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) and related agreements, Chairman Prachanda reaffirmed the CPN-M’s commitment to the establishment of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) and a Commission of Inquiry into disappearances.
