Abstract:
Urge the Governments of Bhutan and Nepal to resolve the situation of protracted camp populations in Nepal; provide international protection with special attention to the issues related to SGBV; assist Tibetan arrivals in transit; provide legal advice and assistance to asylum-seekers and mandate refugees of other nationalities; and promote accession to the 1951 Refugee Convention and the adoption of national legislation on refugees. #RefugeeInNepal #InternationalProtection
