Abstract:
The main objective and activities of this report are listed below: 1. Protect and assist Bhutanese refugees until a durable solution is found. 2. Support bilateral efforts by the Governments of Bhutan and Nepal to identify such a solution. 3. Emphasise self-help activities and encourage the active involvement of refugees in the management of their daily lives. 4.
