Map represents information received Nov 1–Dec 8. Most of the reported state-imposed night time curfews cover district head quarters and highways. The majority of agencies contacted whilst putting together this map report that the CPN/M have significantly eased access restrictions since the announcement of the unilateral ceasefire, 3 Sept 2005.
