संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघके जनटन्् वडापट््रमे मानवके मौलिक अढिकार ओ ओकर प्रटिस्ठा ओ जन्नि ओ ठारू (पुरुस) के बिच बराबर अढिकार अभिव्यक्ट कैके वृहट स्वटन्ट्रटाके साठे सामाजिक प्रगटि ओ आउर मजा जिन्गिक्् स्टर प्रवर्ढन कैना ओइने डृढ संकल्प कैलक ओरसे,
