The United Nations Mission in Nepal (UNMIN) congratulates Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepal on his election as Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.UNMIN calls on all parties to cooperate in order to carry forward Nepal’s peace process, including addressing the future of Maoist army personnel and drafting the new Constitution.
