To address the need for a greater understanding of the Green Climate Fund (GCF), its processes, requirements and criteria to access and manage resources effectively, the Ministry of Finance—the National Designated Authority (NDA) of Nepal for the GCF—has prepared this handbook as a guide for relevant national stakeholders in engaging with the GCF.
