Abstraction: The Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) is a series of crucial actions required to respond to reproductive health needs at the onset of every humanitarian crisis. The MISP is not just kits of equipment and supplies; it is a set of activities that must be implemented in a coordinated manner appropriately by trained staff. This set of life-saving activities forms the starting point for ensuring quality reproductive health in even the worst scenarios. These actions should be sustained and expanded with comprehensive reproductive health services throughout protracted crises and recovery.

2.25 sec: Even they reach the a camp of women face hardship but there is no food,no drinking water, no emergency medical care, no security, no separate toilets for men and women that's why it is difficult to prevents diseases in the disasters scenarios.
2.46 min: For other affected: no contraceptives, risk of unwanted pregnancy, unsafe abortion, mental stress.
3.01 sec: Meanwhile, children who are separated from their families are also at risk: no parental care, they lack sanitary supplies, face psychological trauma, they live in unhygienic conditions, they sleep in open areas, they use unlit toilets and they are unprotected.
3.30 min: Children face sexual exploitation, trafficking and rape and finally they are prone to: Unwanted pregnancy,unsafe abortion, risk of HIV and STIs.

4.08 min: By advocacy, coordination, capacity building, risk assessment, pre-position of drugs, reproductive health kits and equipment and timely dispatch.
4.16 min: Now, when disaster strikes and the women is stranded, she has safe delivery kit,a mother saved, a baby saved and now even at a shelter, women has access to trained staffs, assisted delivery, emergency obstetric and neonatal care and other has access to condom and contraceptives pills.
5.02 min: And other have access to a multi-purpose shelter with improved in living conditions, separate areas for men and women, separate toilets and now women are free from sexual exploitation,trafficking, rape etc. she has a dignity kits and she can fetch water and food without stigma.
