Nepal Earthquakes: One Year Mark | Thank you for your support [Youtube]
|
Abstract : Thanks to millions of UNICEF’s supporters around the world, children are rebuilding their lives 1 year after #Nepal Earthquake.
~Orlando Bloom, Actor and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador
A year ago the children of Nepal experienced a devastating earthquake. Yet out of the ruins and the rubble, the loss and the destruction, there was hope. Nepal's buildings may have been broken but its spirit shines strong. Thanks to your support, Nepal is recovering. We've seen babies born, children going back to school and families building back their lives. As we mark the one year anniversary of this tragedy, we will collectively look to a brighter future for the children of Nepal, because we know that even on the blackest of days, children are the colour in our lives. Because it’s the children of Nepal, as well as your continued support that inspire us to work even harder and better. Thank you.
