This project is to facilitate smoother transitions to training and work through expanded public employment services for rural youth in Nepal. The project will build up the capacity of public Employment Services Centres (ESCs) to identify job growth potential, assess skill needs, and provide better information to young persons and local training providers.

Identifying the needs and acquisition for selected five ESCs, identifying training needs and design and conduct training for ESCs staffs. Similarly designing a computer-based system on job seekers, vacancies and placements, designing an intensive communication plan, including designing, developing, disseminating posters, flyers and broadcasting radio jingles. Identify the platform and data formats for interfaces between the different system, develop data transfer protocols and develop the required interfaces.
