ACCESS TO JUSTICE Project: Enhancing Access to Justice for Consolidation of Peace in Nepal (A2J)

UNDP Nepal’s extensive support for improving access to jus ce in 2001-2010 has
strengthened the rule of law and improved access to jus ce and human rights in
Nepal. Since 2008 the Enhancing Access to Justice for Consolidation of Peace in
Nepal project (A2J) has continued this work by improving access to justice; protecting the human rights of women, poor and marginalized people; helping mainstream gender justice and reduce violence against women, and strengthening justice systems.
