The Nepal Climate Change Support Programme (NCCSP) continues to build the capacity of vulnerable communities to adapt to the negative effects of climate change. Nepal Climate Change Support Programme (NCCSP), a leading project in the area of climate change adaptation, is implementing 100 gender responsive LAPAs in 14 far and mid-western region districts. The overall goal of the programme is to help ensure that the poorest and most vulnerable are able to adapt to the negative effects of climate change. The key objective is to enhance the capacity of government, particularly MoPE and Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development (MoFALD) and non-government institutions.
