एनेकपा (माओबादी)को प्रदर्शनमा बालबालिकाको प्रयोगले उनीहरुलाई हिंसाको जोखिममा तथा खतरापूर्ण हुन सक्ने स्थितिमा पुर्याउने हुनाले संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघीय बालकोष (युनिसेफ) तथा नेपालस्थित संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघीय मानवअधिकार उच्चायुक्तको कार्यालय (उच्चायुक्तको कार्यालय-नेपाल) त्यसबारे बढ्दो रुपमा चिन्तित भएका छन्।
अहिले भइरहेका प्रदर्शनहरुमा ठुलो संख्यामा बालबालिकाको प्रयोग भएका र कुनैकुनै घटनामा बन्दको पालना गराउनमा सक्रिय रुपमा सहभागी बनिरहेका डरलाग्दा तथा पुष्टि भएका रिपोर्टहरु आएका छन् ।युनिसेफ तथा उच्चायुक्तको कार्यालय नेपालले हस्ताक्षर गरेको बालअधिकार महासन्धिका प्रावधानहरुको सम्मान गर्न तथा १८ वर्षमुनिका सबै बालबालिकाहरुलाई हानिको जोखिममा पर्नबाट बचाउन आवश्यक सबै कदम चाल्न सबै पक्षहरुलाई आग्रह गर्दछन्।
