बेपत्ता पारिएका व्यक्तिहरुको अन्तराष्ट्रिय दिवस (अगस्ट ३०) का अवसरमा संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघीय मानवअधिकार उच्चायुक्तको कार्यालय, नेपाल (उच्चायुक्तको कार्यालय - नेपाल) तीन बर्षभन्दा बढी समयदेखि थाती रहेको सर्वोच्च अदालत को २०६४ जेठ १८ गतेको अभूतपूर्व निर्णय शीघ्र कार्यन्वयन गर्न नेपाल सरकारलाई आग्रह गर्दछ।वि. स. २०६४ जेठमा सर्वोच्चा अदालतको बलपूर्वक बेपत्ता पार्ने कार्यबाट सबै व्यक्तिको संरक्षणसम्बन्धी अन्तराष्ट्रिय महासन्धिअनुरुप बेपत्ता पार्ने कार्यलाई अपराधीकरण गर्ने कानुन बनाउन, जाचबुझ आयोगसम्बन्धी अन्तराष्ट्रिय मापदण्डको पालना गर्दै बेपत्ता पार्ने कार्यसम्बन्धि उच्चस्तरीय जांचबुझ आयोग स्थापना गर्न, बेपत्ता पर्ने कार्यका लागि जिम्मेवार व्यक्तिहरुबारे अनुसन्धान तथा अभियोजन गर्न र पीडितहरु तथा तिनका परिवारलाई पर्याप्त क्षतिपूर्ति र राहत उपलब्ध गराउन सरकारलाई आदेश दियो।
