हाल व्यवस्थापिका संसदमा विचाराधीन संक्रमणकालीन न्यायसम्बन्धी दुइवटा मस्यौदा विधेयकहरुको अध्ययन गर्न सुदूर तथा मध्य पश्चिमका १५ जिल्लाका पीडितहरु यही चैत २१ र २२ गते नेपालगंजमा भेला भए।संविधानसभाका तीन सदस्यहरु, एनेकपा(माओबादी) का एकराज भण्डारी, नेपाली कांग्रेसका मोहम्मद सिद्धिकी तथा नेकपा (एमाले) क शंकर पोखरेल, पीडितहरुका धारणा बुझ्न त्यहाँ उपस्थित थिए र उनीहरुले संसदमा ती कानुनसम्बन्धी जाचबुझ आयोगका मस्यौदा विधेयकहरुलाई अन्तिम रुप दिने क्रममा तिनका धारानाहरुमाथि उचितरुपमा विचार पुर्येयोस र पीडितका आवाजको सुनुवाई होस् भनेर अवसर प्रदान गर्न अप्रिल तथा मई महिनामा नेपालभरी आयोजना गरिने तीनवटा कार्यशालामध्ये यो कार्यक्रम पहिलो हो (विराटनगर र काठमाडौ पछि आयोजना गरिने)।
