Nepal is one of disaster affected country in the world among top ten countries that are most affected by climate related haphazards. Nepal economic and human development have been greatly constrained by the countries mountainous terrian lack of access to the sea and its high susceptibility to the natural disaster, particular floods, landslide, windstrom, hailstroms ,earthquake, forest fire, glacial lake outbrust flood.
