LET US LEARN EDUCATING THE HARDEST TO REACH Nepal
PDF File Size: 168 KB | Download
This report consists of disparities that persist in educational achievement
between girls and boys and among ethnic minorities, especially in remote rural areas. In Nepal, Let Us Learn uses a multi-pronged approach to get more children into school, keep them in school, and ensure increased learning outcomes. The
programme focuses in particular on adolescent girls.
By providing learning opportunities from pre-primary through post-primary school, Let Us Learn helps reduce inequalities that begin before birth and extend through adulthood. Targeted interventions for adolescent girls respond to the need for adaptable learning opportunities.
