NEPAL FLOODS Beginning 11 August 2017, Nepal has experienced its worst rains in 15 years.The flooding impact 1.7 million people where 461 thousand people are displaced, 143 dead, 30 missing and 43 injured. 35 out of 75 districts were affected where 65,000 houses were destroyed.The government of Nepal committed a funding of US$11.3 millions while India and China pledged a funding of US$3.9 millions and US$1 million.
