Strengthening The National Rural Transport Programme

It is the largest infrastructure project of Government of nepal.The project aims to assist the government in building bridge and upgrading,rehabilitating and maintaining local road network river crossing structure in 36 districts across Nepal.The ILO provides technical assistance in road and river crossing structure maintenance.In order to properly and effectively handle the large number of contract associated with the project. IlO adopted the Group Performance Based routine to create certain employment,simplify the management,reduce cost etc.
