PDF File Size: 138 KB | Download
The report, which serves as an authoritative reference for education policy makers, development specialists, researchers and the media, describes why quality teachers are essential to enhancing the quality of learning. “Fifty-seven million children are still failing to learn, simply because they are not in school. Access is not the only crisis – poor quality is holding back learning even for those who make it to school,” says the report.
