PDF File Size: 356 KB | Download
Sustainable Development Goal 4 “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all” is one of the 17 goals adopted by world leaders for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Lifelong learning is relevant for both developed and developing countries. In the Nepali context, we must reorient ourselves to look beyond basic literacy skills and move towards lifelong learning.
On the occasion of the 2016 International Literacy Day, UNESCO Kathmandu invites photographers and photography enthusiasts to participate in its open photography competition on the theme ‘Lifelong Learning’. Various guidelines have also been given for this concern.
