In the month of December 2010, there were 6 Involved in Security Related Incidents Out of 6 incidents, 4 of the incidents were reported as Extortion and Donation Demand where as 2 incidents are reported as Program Interference.Cadres of underground group name “Himali Tiger” demanded donation from I/NGO and NGO. Cadres of Limbuwan group forced an I/NGO to close down their office during bandh.Cadres of political parties demanded donation from a donor funded project Cadres of underground group named “Young Tiger Group” extorted NGO Staff.
