During the month of September, an unprecedented number of reports (88) was received, yet it is estimated that Dashain Festival holidays may have hampered reporting. CPN/M asked for both personal and INGO organizational level donations. CPN/M local leader interrupted an NGO’s training to carry out their own dissemination programme. CPN/M student wing cadres visited a development agency central office in Kathmandu demanding donations. CPN/M asked for personal donation from 2 technical officers working for a UN supported project, denied access to the project site and threatened to stop the programme.
