Highlights:
1.Proposals should make specific reference to being compliant with Flagship 4 and include a commitment to share information about the project for Flagship 4 tracking, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
2. Proposals should identify the number/location of the VDCs or municipalities in each district where the community-based disaster risk reduction activities will be taking place.
3. Proposals should demonstrate the sustainability of CBDRR activities and be of a duration sufficient to ensure community engagement and a well managed exit strategy.
4. Proposals should aim to achieve the Flagship 4 Minimum Characteristics of Disaster Resilient Communities in each VDC/municipality, ideally making specific reference to the activities relevant to each characteristic.
5. If one or more of the Minimum Characteristics cannot be achieved by the proposing organisation, proposals should identify where those gaps are and ideally identify how those gaps will be managed (eg. forming partnerships with other organisations).
