To maximize the public health outcomes and cost-effectiveness of the WHO CAP programme, WHO and SIDA agreed to extend the implementation period from 31 December 2006 to 31 March 2007. This decision made it possible for EHA to compensate for a shortened implementation period Second Phase of WHO CAP Programme the country. Each hospital will be offered an orientation on emergency planning based on the incident command system and receive between 100 and 500 triage tags for prioritizing victims during masscasualties.
