a) Employment/job placement service- This service is targeted to conflict victims and their family members who already possess marketable skills. The selected service providers will help the selected unemployed victims and their families to find a job.
b) Training services for employment- This service is targeted to conflict victims and their family members who do not possess any skills needed in the labor market but are willing to obtain them.
c) Small business service centers- This service is targeted to qualified but unemployed victims and their families. This service is also available to those who have started new businesses in the past one year.
