Project Document - Public Private Partnership for Urban Environment

This programme document is a follow-up to and builds on the framework outlined in the Public-Private Partnership for Urban Environment (PPPUE)Programme 2002-2004 approved 3 January 2002,executed by the Ministry of Local Development and funded through United Nations Development Programme.
The objective of PPUUE is to increase the access of the urban citizens to basic services and therewith, to contribute to the creation of a healthy environment and improvement in the living conditions in the urban and peri-urban areas, by promotion of partnerships between public and private sectors for the sustainable provision of urban services,
