Highlights:
1. All of the 54 VDCs have a focal point agency and WASH programs ongoing with 12 WASH Cluster partners present.
2. 37,021 people have benefited from approx. 47,210 hygiene kits. Estimated Caseload: 119,154 (31% reached).
3. 30,610 people have received water treatment products (includes PoU treatment and bulk chlorination) and 9,375 people have been assisted with repaired water systems. Estimated Caseload: Water Emergency 228,904 (13% reached) Water Sustainable 61,061 (15% reached).
4. 0 people in camps have received access to emergency sanitation and 386 people have been assisted with households latrines. Estimated Caseload: Sanitation Emergency 3,116 (0% reached) Sanitation Sustainable 91,146 (0.5% reached).
5. WASH Cluster partners plan to support schools and health centres in 10 VDCs with WASH in schools/health facilities.
