United Nations is an integrated platform designed and implemented, after the end of World War II, to work for global peace, prosperity and development. Before forwarding any conjecture, visions or pathway, we need to root our understanding on foundational engineering of the organization, trajectories and dynamics, it is following currently. Its organizational framework design is integrated, diverse and collaborative where interactive sequence is governed by national authorities of each member nation, and the channel flow from international governing body to national authority before it finally reaches to individual base level. Balance, harmony and equity are indispensable pillars of this union.
