तराईका महिला पत्रकारहरुको लागि तालिम

युद्धको विभिषिकाबाट मानव जातिको संरक्षण गर्न सन् १९४८ मा मानव अधिकारको विश्वव्यापी घोषणापत्र जारी गरियो । यस घोषणपत्रको जारीभए लगतै विश्वमा मानव अधिकारको संरक्षण र संवद्र्धन कार्यहरु व्यवस्थित रुपमा अघि बढेको देखिन्छ । घोषणापत्रमा रहेका आर्थिक, सामाजिक, राजनीतिक अधिकारहरुलाई सन् १९६६ मा नागरिक तथा राजनीतिक अधिकार सम्बन्धी अनुबन्ध र र आर्थिक, सामाजिक तथा सांस्कृतिक अधिकार सम्बन्धी अनुबन्धको रुपमा राज्यलाई यी अधिकारहरुको कार्यन्वयन गर्न बाध्य गर्ने दस्तावेजको रुपमा विकास गरिएको हो । मानव अधिकारका विश्वव्यापी घोषणापत्र र यी दूई अनुबन्धलाई मानव अधिकारको क्षेत्रमा ऐतिहासिक र महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेजको रुपमा लिईन्छ ।
द्धन्द्ध संवेदनशिल पत्रकारिता एउटा यस्तो अभ्यास हो जसका समाचार लेखन शैलीले द्धन्द्धलाई झनै खराब नबनाउन यसले खुला र व्यापक ढङ्गबाट विकल्पहरुका खोजि गरिरहेको हुन्छ । दोषारोपण युक्त भाषाको सट्टा नयाँ तरिकाबाट द्धन्द्धलाई कसरी समाधानको बाटोमा लान सकिन्छ भन्ने विकल्प प्रस्तुत गर्दछ । द्धन्द्ध संवेदनशिल पत्रकारिताले कहिलेकाँही द्धन्द्धका बारेमा सिकाउँछ । जस्तै द्धन्द कसरी शुरुवात हुन्छ, किन र कसरी अनि कसरी यसको अन्त्य हुन सक्छ । यसकारण पहिले द्धन्दका बारेमा र केही तथ्यहरुका बारेमा पत्ता लगाउँ ।
