Highlights:
1. A total of seven people killed (five in Baitadi and two in Achham); three missing (two in Kanchanpur and one in Darchula).
2. A massive flash flood in Mahakali River swept away more than 50 houses and huts including 13 government offices and four temples.
3. Around 2500 people of 300 families were displaced in Darchula district.
