With the Interim Constitution 2007’s assertion of the country as a federal state, what naturally follows is a process of transformation of the entire system of governance. This transformation obviously demands changes in public administration as well. This Project was conceived and launched in March 2013 to support the Government of Nepal in preparing the public administration for state reforms. The project has also supported constitutional bodies like the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) and PSC for their institutional development.
