धनुषा र महोत्तरी जिल्लाहरूमा मधेसी दलित महिलाहरूमाथि हुने हिंसा

प्रायः सांस्कृतिक तथा सामाजिक असमानताहरूलाई नेपालमाद्द राजनीतिक तथा सामाजिक आन्दोलनका निम्ति परिचालन गर्ने उत्प्रेरक तत्वका रूपमा उपयोग गरिन्छ । एक दशक लामो सशस्त्र द्वन्द्वले “नेपालको जातीय तथा लैब्गिक विभेदका कारण सशस्त्र क्रान्तीलाई वैधता दिने साधनका रूपमा उपयोग ग¥योघ ।” २०६३ सालमा भएको बृहत् शान्ति सम्झौताका भाग ३.५ र ७.६.१दण्ड​ महिलामाथि हुने विभेद तथा दुव्र्यवहारलाई अन्त्य गर्न र बाल श्रमका साथै यौन शोषण जस्ता महिला र बालबालिकामाथि हुने सबै प्रकारका हिंसालाई समाप्त पार्न स्पष्ट रूपमा आह्वान गर्दछ । हस्ताक्षर भएको पाँच वर्षभन्दा बढी भइसक्ता पनि, थुप्रै परम्परागत सीमान्तकृत समूहहरू, उनीहरूको अवस्थामा देखिन सुधारका केही सब्केत बाहेक, वस्तुतः आवाजहीन नै रहेका छन् र मधेसी दलित महिलाहरू यसको एउटा ज्वलन्त उदाहरण हुन् । नेपालको जातीय, वर्गीय तथा लैब्गिक खुड्किलोमा सबभन्दा बढी जोखिमयुक्त अवस्थामा रहेका मधेसी दलित महिलाहरूले असाध्यै असन्तुलित सामाजिक, आर्थिक तथा राजनीतिक शक्ति समीकरणका कारणले व्यापक तथा गहिरोसित जरा गाडेको लैब्गिक र जातीय विभेद अनि हिंसाको सामना गर्नु परिरहेको छ । यो स्थलगत बुलेटिनले यस्ता विभेदलाई बढाइरहेका केही तŒवहरू तथा धनुषा र महोत्तरी जिल्लाका मधेसी दलित महिलाहरू सबभन्दा बढी हिंसाका चपेटमा रहेको र त्यसलाई मौन स्वीकृति दिने संस्कृतिले गर्दा निरन्तर रूपमा कायम रहेको कुरालाई लिखित दस्तावेजका रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्दछ ।
