CPN/M recruited students and children into the PLA throughout the country. This has resulted in wide spread demonstrations from parents of the abducted children. Looting/burglaries continued during the reporting period with four robberies in Kathmandu which included large amount of money and jewellery. JTMM has repeatedly stated that the agreement between the SPA and the CPN (M) has ignored the problems of the Madeshi region. They exploded IEDs at Saptari district on18th Nov and another in Siraha district on 28 Nov; kidnapped a retired senior member of the civil police force from Rajbiraj and abducted one more person from Siraha and three others from Saptari districts .
