Mr. Mainali has requested to share each agency’s achievement and pipeline plan. He spoke about the importance of coordination with the government and to having registered with the DDMC (is that right initials?) before doing distributions. Registration means sharing a distribution plan and coordinating location with the government. Shelter Cluster provided Excel File to report distributions, pipeline and planning. It was made clear
than distribution reporting has to come from the organization which delivers the product to the end user and that the shelter cluster will not chase partners. The need to review the entire district and surrounding districts in order to prioritize was discussed. Understanding road access during the rainy season will be critical in order to prioritize.
