When the writer arrived in Nepal in May 1969, she was assigned to WHO project Nepal 0008 "Integration of Maternal and Child Health Services". This project was merged with Nepal 0002, "Nursing Education and Services" in October 1969. The writer was re-assigned in August 1971.
